Responsibilities

• Lead the Charge: Spearhead the development and execution of strategic plans for our cutting-edge healthcare navigation business.
• Market Maverick: Identify market opportunities, rival threats, and emerging trends to drive strategic decision-making.
• Communication Guru: Develop and implement communication strategies that resonate with our company’s goals.
• Inspire and Engage: Deliver compelling presentations and public speeches to champion our mission and initiatives.
• Collaborative Innovator: Work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and roadmaps.
• Team Builder: Manage and mentor a talented team, fostering their skills and capabilities.

Requirements

• Seasoned Expert: Extensive experience in product management, business development, or strategic leadership roles, with over a decade in an enterprise-level environment.
• Educational Excellence: Background in business, healthcare administration, or a related field; a master’s in business administration is preferred.
• Healthcare Navigator: Recognized thought leader with experience in a Health Navigation organization.
• Transformational Leader: Proven ability to manage people and lead through transformation.
• Relationship Builder: Skilled in collaborating, building relationships, and influencing individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment.
• Organizational Ace: Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Strategic Visionary: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans, drive cross-functional collaboration, and achieve business objectives.
• Communication Pro: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and influence stakeholders.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

183,200 USD

Maximum :

290,700 USD
