About the role:
We are looking for a driven and passionate Ecommerce & CRM Assistant to join the BABYBOO Digital team and report directly to the Ecommerce Manager. This role is primarily responsible for the day-to-day website updates and supporting the eCommerce Manager in creating a seamless shopping experience. As an addition, you will support the digital team with marketing activities, collection launches, and promotions. The successful candidate will have a love for fashion and all things digital, as well as a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities:
Product management: Creating new products and collections in Shopify for weekly collection launches, tagging Shopify products with the correct tags and filters, and uploading product descriptions, imagery, and videos.
Content management: Uploading of website content in line with collection launches, promotions, and sales, maintaining the localisation of our website so country-specific information is relevant and up to date, and updating of website hygiene pages to make sure information is correct and up to date.
Visual merchandising and search: On-site visual merchandising that supports trade decisions and aligns with brand strategy, optimisation of search results to ensure relevant products are displayed and we minimise zero search results, and assist in building and merchandising new collections based on searches, trends and campaigns.
Campaign launches: Supporting the Ecommerce Manager with the launch of weekly collections and campaigns, key promotions, and seasonal sales.
CRM: Supporting the CRM Specialist in building, testing, and scheduling of weekly EDMs, SMS’ and push notifications.
Website and project support: Supporting the Ecommerce Manager with the implementation of new website features and digital projects, and weekly site audits to identify and troubleshoot technical, product or performance issues.
Reporting: Weekly reporting via Google Analytics, Shopify and other relevant partner channels.
What you’ll need:
1-2 years’ experience in an ecommerce role.
Experience with content management systems and website management - preferably Shopify and Klaviyo.
Experience with product and content management is highly desired.
Experience with creating and executing email marketing campaigns is highly desired.
Competent with Google suite and Microsoft Excel, and knowledge of Google Analytics and Shopify reports would be preferable.
Passionate about women’s fashion and previous experience working for an online fashion retailer.
Excellent organisation and communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with wider teams.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to work to deadlines.
